We work with Paul Cooper and his team at Bianchet Bistro at Bianchet Winery in the Yarra Valley and his catering company, Edge Hospitality.

Paul has pivoted during the Victorian lockdown and is offering take-home meals and home delivery through Bianchet alongside event menus, including a Christmas in July five-course menu.

Edge if offering three-course take-home packs from vegan meal options to lamb shoulder meals.
